My StreetPoints are gone! What happened?

Basically we don't delete StreetPoints. If your account shows zero points, you may have logged in with the wrong details.

This sometimes can happen if you have not used the app for a long time and you are now started to connect via Facebook. For example, we automatically create a new account, if you are using different e-mail-addresses to register on Facebook and Streetspotr. We can unite these two accounts, simply contact our Support.
